I am an Erasmus Mechanical Engineering student..

I understand the point of working hours and I agree with Max that customers should stick to the rules. However, there are different situations and sometimes it is impossible to come before the shop closes. In my opinion it all depends on the quality of service we want to provide. For a shop assistant it can be just ten minutes of work more and for a company another satisfied customer that will come back to that place for many years. I suppose that the point is to respect others and be more empathic. The customers must remember that shop assistants want to finish their work on time but the employees should also be more tolerant and sometimes make an exception just to satisfy the clients.
